I found out yesterday the head lice has been found again at Big Bro's school. This is the third time this year. UGH! It's just eggs (nits) this time. I'm not sure this tidbit makes it any better. My head is itching just thinking about it. EW! EW! EW!
Wow! Heather those were pretty graphic pictures. I must confess though that that was my worst fear as a mother. Seriously! We had it all the time in the school's in TX and TN. Hope nobody gets "itchy head". Debra
Ahhhhhh...the joys of motherhood! Can't say that we have had any run-ins with lice, hope you don't either. I loved seeing the family pictures on your blog and getting a glimpse of your life. I've been thinking a lot about childhood in Laramie and all the fun we had. Hope to hear from you soon!! Tera
Hi Hon, runs rapid at our school too. Try pin worms--we have had those too. Talk about gross! And all because a few can't keep their homes and kids clean. Didn't we invent soap for a reason? Could of lived without the graphic pictures though. LOL Hugs and here is hoping they don't spread into your life anymore than they already have. Aunt Cheryl
I caught some from the kids I was teaching. It helps to shave your head since the eggs are somewhat cemented onto the hair strands. I didn't shave mine but if the kids don't mind, it helps prevent it. Good luck!
Welcome to my little blog...a place for me to share some of the laughter and tears of our daily lives. A source for me to vent when life gets a little overwhelming and a source of entertainment when life gets a little boring. But mostly just a site for me to share our many happenings with you...after all it's a vivacious life!
